Pork Chop Casserole

8 small potatoes

1 teaspoon salt

Dash pepper

2 tablespoons flour

2 tablespoons butter

3 cups milk (I prefer equal parts canned milk and water)

8 pork chops

1.  Wash and peel potatoes and slice thin.

2.  Place layer of potatoes in greased baking dish.

3.  Sprinkle with flour, salt, and pepper and dot with butter.

4.  Repeat until all potatoes are used.

5.  Pour in milk.

6.  Lay pork chops on top.

Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 and 1/4  hours, or until potatoes are tender and chops are completely cooked.  If desired, a slice of orange my be placed on top of each chop the last 15 minutes of cooking.  Serves 4.
